Once the user accounts are setup, they will be reflected in MFD connector automatically and can be directly accessed at the control panel of your MFD
Users can then scan and upload hardcopies to SmartShare with one click. They can also adjust the sharing options such as adding watermark, setting document access options (download or view only), number of downloads allowed and expiry period of the file.
Users can control all shared documents by MFD Connector through web interface, expire or resume them at any time.
For each shared document, you can adjust its sharing option or review the activity information of a particular file.
